By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when ordering and must not misuse the website or any part of the service.

Products, prices and orders

Product information and prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes where stated. We may correct genuine errors in product information or pricing before accepting an order. An order is accepted when we confirm it through our checkout and order process.

Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Standard UK delivery is free. Orders are normally delivered within 2-4 working days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by the payment providers made available at checkout. We do not ask you to send payment-card details through our contact form.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
