If you are not happy with Bug Poop, please contact us through our contact form and we will arrange a refund of your purchase. This voluntary guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Returns and cancellations

If you are a UK consumer, you can cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return or cancellation, please use our contact form before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Items should be returned in the condition in which they were received. You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect so we can put it right. Where goods are faulty or not as described, your statutory rights apply and we will cover reasonable return costs where required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will process the refund within the time required by UK law. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.
